Jewels Power guarantee smooth shipping without hassle and much transparency to every customer. The order processing time is 1-3 business days after confirmation of the payment. The processing would take into account order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. Other custom, made-to-order pieces may require some extra processing time, details for which would be given at the time of sale.

Shipping Options and Delivery Time

Jewels Power uses well-established shipping carriers in order to send packages within the shortest period and well secured. Depending on the destination, shipping options for standard and expedited shipping are available. Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: Deliveries are estimated in 7-14 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: approximately 10 to 20 working days after shipping and upon clearing from customs and through local delivery.

Note that actual delivery times could be longer based on factors not in our hands, such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions during shipment.

Customers are required to provide shipping information at the time of checking out. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not Jewels Power's responsibility. An order returned for an incorrect address will be reached out to the customer to be reshipped, and any additional shipping charge may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Jewels Power is not liable for any loss or theft of packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If the package could not be delivered and would have been returned to Jewels Power, the customer may initiate a claim with the carrier. If a package does not arrive and the customer receives a returned package, Jewels Power will contact customers to accommodate a reshipment.

If an order is damaged upon arrival, customers are to take pictures of the packaging and the items that have been destroyed and call Jewels Power customer service. Claims on the damaged shipments must be made within 48 hours after delivery. Based on the circumstances, clients may receive either a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Jewels Power operates without any Order Cancellation or Change policy in place. Orders become non-cancellable once we confirm them through approval of the customer. Customers should review all elements of their purchase order such as choice of items and their dimensions and shipping parameters before submitting final payment. Due to our operational conditions, we do not provide order cancellation or modification services because we cannot accept exceptions to our policies.
